Leisure and free-time activities:

Outings to museums, parks, or cultural activities that allow the person with disabilities to enjoy moments of leisure and fun.
• Sports activities:
Gentle exercises, walks, or yoga classes that promote physical activity and well-being.
• Creative activities:
Painting, writing, or music workshops that stimulate creativity and emotional expression.
Socialization opportunities:
• Social events:
Meetings, celebrations, or community activities that allow our caregivers and the person with disabilities to socialize and connect with others.
• Group activities:
Reading, movie, or board game groups that encourage social interaction and learning.
Our activities program is personalized, flexible, and tailored to the needs and preferences of people with disabilities. It promotes well-being, social inclusion, and autonomy.
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Plan A: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Plan B: Includes Saturdays and Sundays
Plan C: Alternating days a week.
